Professional Programs

The Newhouse School offers 10 professional master’s degree programs built around an on-campus experience.

All programs begin in the summer. Students complete most programs in 12-14 months. Some programs can take longer to complete, so be sure to check the specific requirements for your program of interest.

Students typically begin classes during the first week of July. That first six-week session is followed by the fall (late August to mid-December) and spring (mid-January to early May) semesters. Most programs finish the following summer with a capstone project or internship.
