The Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) is a data gathering, research and distribution organization affiliated with the Newhouse School and the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. TRAC provides the American people—and institutions of oversight such as Congress, news organizations, public interest groups, businesses, scholars and lawyers—with comprehensive information about the staffing, spending and enforcement activities of the federal government.
