Thai Le

Thai Le

As a higher education professional, Thai Le is passionate in guiding and assisting students with their development from a holistic lens. A phase that comes to mind is, "it takes a village." When working with students he knows this is very much the case, because no matter what role you are in, everyone plays a role in their development.

Thai earned a bachelor’s in history with a minor in multicultural studies from Rider University and a master’s in student affairs and college counseling from Monmouth University.

Before joining the Newhouse School's Undergraduate Academic Advisers team, Thai worked as a residence director in the Office of Student Living since July 2019, focusing on the residential curriculum and DEAI. Prior to Syracuse University, Thai worked at other institutions such as Delaware State University, Wesley College and Monmouth University in residence life and student activities.

During his spare time, Thai enjoys listening to new music and podcasts, collecting sneakers and volunteering in the local community with his fraternity.
