Joanna Nikas

Joanna Nikas is the deputy style editor at New York Magazine. Prior to joining New York Magazine, she was an editor for the Styles section of The New York Times. At the Times she edited stories about self-care, wellness and pop culture, as well as ran the @nytimesfashion Instagram account. Joanna also worked with Bill Cunningham, the pioneer of street style, and edited his popular “On the Street” videos. Joanna earned a master’s degree at the Columbia Journalism School, where she made a documentary about an all-girls robotics team in the Bronx.
