Diane Mills is the vice president, Brand Growth Intelligence, Luxury, at The Estée Lauder Companies, leading global insights and analytics for La Mer, Bobbi Brown, Tom Ford Beauty and Darphin. She designs transformative strategies for best-in-class hero product innovation, digital advertising, social media, e-commerce and retail to drive brand growth and market share across ELC’s luxury portfolio. Mills' “Consumer First” innovative research approach to the study of what luxury consumers do, say and feel uncovers breakthrough insights to identify opportunities, inspiring creativity to win.
Prior to joining ELC, Mills led strategy and insights at PepsiCo. Mills holds an MBA in finance from DePaul University and a B.A. in advertising from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is an adjunct professor teaching fashion & beauty advertising at the Newhouse School.
