Diane Mills is the global lead for La Mer and Bobbi Brown consumer and digital insights at The Estée Lauder Companies. Her focus is building product marketing, digital advertising, online and retail strategies to drive brand growth and market share. At the core of all brand strategies is “Consumer First,” Mills' innovative research approach to the study of what consumers do, say and feel. Brand representations on Instagram, YouTube, Weibo, Tmall, LaMer.com, BobbiBrown.com and in-store at Sephora, Nordstrom and Lane Crawford have been carefully crafted leveraging strategies developed by Mills and her team.
In the past, Mills has held similar positions at PepsiCo driving strategies for brands including Pepsi, Gatorade and Frito-Lay. Mills holds an MBA in finance from DePaul University and a B.A. in advertising from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
