Invention in PR is an ongoing series of talks and articles by Adam Ritchie about using public relations to create new products and services. It addresses the reality that PR teams live or die based on products’ success, and advocates for them to take a stronger hand in their creation.

About Adam Ritchie:

A Swiss Army knife of marketing and PR, Adam brings out the best in brands by helping them grow, communicate and do the right thing. He's also a musician, coast-to-coast walker, downhill skier and craft beer lover. Adam applies a wealth of brand communications experience to creating and executing programs for his clients. He has worked on more than 40 brands including Perrier, Timberland, Jiffy Lube, Magic Hat Brewing Company, Evenflo and Jacuzzi. His award-winning campaigns have appeared in international media, and his range of capabilities is respected among his colleagues. He has spoken about brand development at South by Southwest and has appeared on NPR, MarketWatch and The New York Times. He advocates for PR's role in product development through his Invention in PR series of talks and articles. Adam holds four Silver Anvils from the Public Relations Society of America, a Best in Creative Excellence distinction from PRWeek and a degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He is a PR News Professional of the Year, Bulldog Reporter PR Professional of the Year, Holmes Report Most Innovative Marketing Communications Professional and PRWeek 40 Under 40 honoree. He is an Eagle Scout.
