Angela Rulffes

Angela Rulffes is a Ph.D. candidate at the Newhouse School. Her current research is focused on the evolution of free speech and privacy rights in the digital age.

Before coming to Syracuse University, Rulffes worked as an editor of a legal real estate publication. Rulffes was also an attorney and law clerk for the ACLU of Ohio, focusing on civil liberties issues including free speech rights. She is a licensed New York State attorney.
