Stadium bag policy:

Due to security precautions, no bags or purses larger than 10”x10” will be allowed inside the Stadium.

For all undergraduate students (including dual majors):

Arrive at the Stadium between 11:30 a.m. and noon using gate D, which is for students only. Please do not arrive earlier than 11:30 a.m. as the Arts & Sciences Convocation is immediately preceding. Stadium ushers will direct you as to which aisle to use to report to the floor to find a seat. There is no assigned seating. Fill out the card on your chair and hold on to it until you proceed to the stage for recognition. Please wear your cap and gown. This is a joyful and significant ceremony at which your respectful attention will be appreciated. So as not to diminish each graduate’s special moment, we are asking that you not bring anything to the proceedings—such as balloons or beach balls.

For graduating master’s and doctoral students:

The Stadium ushers will direct you to find a seat in the special section that will be reserved for master’s and doctoral students. You will be recognized separately from the undergraduates.

For family and friends:

Tickets are not needed as the Stadium is large enough for all guests. Arrive at the Stadium using gates A, B, E, F, G, N, or P. Please do not arrive earlier than 11:30 a.m. as the Arts & Sciences Convocation is immediately preceding. Seating is available on two levels. Accessible seating options are available with no reservations needed. Please refer to the for accessibility information and parking and getting to campus. The Stadium’s concession windows will be open during Convocation.
