Newhouse Dean’s Welcome
Our admitted student spring programs are designed to help you fully explore what Newhouse has to offer for your future, and this is the place to get started! Join us for a celebratory event welcoming all Newhouse admitted students where we’ll explain what we have planned for you as you make your college decision. Come join the Newhouse Student Ambassadors on Fridays for a student-to-student chat. No grown-ups allowed! Feel free to ask our Ambassadors any questions about their experiences at Newhouse and Syracuse. Our Ambassadors represent a diverse student population and currently live on or around campus, know the ins and outs of the dining halls, and most are members of student groups and media organizations. Some have traveled abroad or completed one of our domestic launch programs, and all explored the City of Syracuse and the surrounding area. They are here to answer your questions honestly and authentically from their perspective.
Friday Chats with Newhouse Ambassadors
Join the Newhouse Student Ambassadors on Fridays for an exclusive student-to-student chat. Our Ambassadors represent a diverse student population with a wide range of experiences across majors, living arrangements and study abroad opportunities. TLDR: they’re here to answer all your questions candidly from their perspectives. Ask them anything about Newhouse, SU or college life in general! Interested? Early Decision Celebration Day
Spend a day on campus learning what life will be like as a Syracuse University student. Meet students, faculty and staff in your college of admission, as well as representatives from across the university. Have lunch in the JMA Wireless Dome, tour campus and connect with some of our 300+ student organizations.
