Newhouse students in photojournalism, illustration photography, and graphic arts waste no time readying for their careers - portfolio work begins during the first class in their major.
Throughout their years at Newhouse, students perfect skills and discover their area of specialization. In their senior year, students must pass a final portfolio review in order to graduate. Faculty members judge portfolios for content, technical execution and overall impact.
