Werde for Billboard: The Recording Academy has a moment to seize

Bill Werde, director of the Bandier Program and co-director of audio arts at the Newhouse School, wrote a column for Billboard arguing that the Grammys should be moved to Atlanta. 

"Hip-hop and R&B are now the most popular genres in America. These songs and artists are driving the music business. And who is driving hip-hop and R&B? I can’t see a stronger argument than Atlanta," he writes.
