Smullen interviewed by WSYR-TV on his personal 9/11 experience

Bill Smullen, adjunct in public relations and director of the Maxwell School's National Security Studies program, was interviewed by WSYR-TV for the story “Bill Smullen, who worked at State Department, reveals 9/11 burden.” Smullen was serving as chief of staff for U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell at the time of the attacks, and could see the Pentagon burning from his office window.
