Presented by the David M. Rezak Lecture Series

Sean Glass has essentially made a living and a name for himself as a taste maker. His current business interests include a crossover dance music label he’s about to launch; his events business Reunion, which throws large scale parties, but also focuses on niche brand partnerships including a new series with AirBnB; his clothing line Small Difference; and some creative directing work he does for his father Daniel Glass’ label Glassnote. We’ll discuss all of this, and also have a session where Sean gets into some of the art and music that is moving him currently and talks about why/how he sees broader cultural and business implications stemming from these works.

Sean is accomplished in the world of music, fashion, film and tech.

He was founding Head of Connect at Apple Music, launched his record label Win Music w/ a #1 iTunes, Grammy nominated single, and produced stages at festivals like Coachella and Life is Beautiful.

As a DJ/Producer, his songs and remixes have received millions of plays and his underground events have been profiled in NY Times (called ‘soundtrack of the NYC tech community’), Business Insider, Wall Street Journal, Vice and more.

He founded his clothing brand Small Difference in 2017 and was immediately profiled by Hypebeast, Billboard and more. As a filmmaker producing original content at Apple Music, he directed one video that reached 700 million impressions.

Currently, Sean is building Reunion, his events brand, creative directing Glassnote, and launching a new label soon.
