For 20 years, Brent Royer has built creative teams and media industry partnerships with one key objective: Translate business goals and objectives into integrated creative media solutions designed to engage audiences, strengthen brands and drive positive results. Royer currently leads an independent consultancy, Screen Deep Creative, providing strategic creative guidance and multimedia content development to non-profit, cause and healthcare organizations. Royer’s work has been awarded for excellence with Telly Awards and by the Public Relations Society of America.

Royer spent more than a decade as senior director of creative media services and subsequently executive creative director for ALSAC, the fundraising arm of the nation’s largest healthcare charity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. There, he led large multidisciplinary teams producing more than 300 pieces of video, audio and live event content annually to support the organization's marketing, awareness and fundraising initiatives.

Prior to joining ALSAC/St. Jude, Royer worked as a television journalist and in marketing and promotions leadership roles in multiple television markets including Traverse City, Las Vegas and Memphis. Royer is a two-time graduate of the Newhouse School. He earned dual undergraduate degrees in broadcast and digital journalism and English and textual studies, and a master's degree in communications through the school’s online degree program.
