JUNIORS This is your prime internship year. Attend "Finding an Internship" and "Basic Resume/Letter Writing" seminars, if you haven't already. Secure an internship for the academic year or for the summer. If going abroad, start your search well BEFORE you leave the U.S.! It is extremely difficult to conduct your search while away.
SENIORS Attend a "Job Hunt Marathon" (the earlier the better). Begin to focus your interests and create a target list of companies. Plan on networking over breaks. Resumes/letters for the April Communications Consortium are due in late February. Attend the "Interview Etiquette" seminar and, of course, read those trade magazines.
