2011 Course Information

Course listings for summer appear under each program heading. For each course, we have linked a PDF that includes a description, the schedule, and in some cases required texts, materials or advance assignments.  We have also provided the class numbers for each course to be used for registration.  If the program name also has a hyperlink, click on that for additional program-specific information.

Registration will begin on June 1 via MySlice.  Instructions are listed in the checklist.

If, upon reading a course description for one of your required summer courses, you feel that you may have the academic or professional background to waive out of the class, please contact us immediately at pcgrad@syr.edu and we will let you know the procedure.

Any required books will be available at the SU Bookstore the week before classes begin.

Please note that the first week schedule will be changed to make up for orientation day on July 5.  Further information about the schedule change will be provided at orientation or from your instructor on the first day of class.
