Rosanna Grassi, associate dean
Dean Grassi coordinates all undergraduate advising and oversees academic student services in the Newhouse School.  See her if you have questions regarding majors, requirements, transferring into Newhouse, changes in program and scheduling, study abroad, scholarships and awards, or with any problems you may encounter along the way. Dean Grassi also oversees the Newhouse peer advisor program and first year student registration and orientation.

Karen McGee, assistant dean
Dean McGee’s main responsibilities are major and career advising. She also oversees the Career Development Center, serves as coordinator for the Newhouse School’s two minors and advises incoming transfer students.

Theresa Fuller, manager of student services
Ms. Fuller oversees the Newhouse Records Office and handles all issues related to student records, including petitions, leave of absences, internship and independent study approvals, minor declarations, transfer credit evaluations and certification of undergraduate degrees.

Marie Gargano, academic advisor/recorder
Marie works with students to ensure they meet divisional and major requirements, advising students on a daily basis. She also assists with incoming transfer student credit evaluation as well as AP and other incoming credit issues.

Lora Scarson, senior student records coordinator
Lora is responsible for keeping track of students’ progress in both divisional and major requirements and also meets one-on-one with students for degree audits. She assists in first year student scheduling and AP and transfer credit.
